• If for some reason you do not love your purchase we will gladly accept the return no questions asked.  Bespoke, Made to Order items are made expressly for you and cannot be exchanged or returned.

• For regular stock merchandise, You will be issued a full refund minus the actual shipping charges by same manner for which item was paid once item is returned. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply for everything other than Benzgem.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All merchandise for return or exchange requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) e-mail us at salonoffinethings@bellsouth.net.
2. The merchandise must be in original re-saleable condition, in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.
3. The merchandise must be return shipped at the customer’s expense.
4. The merchandise must not have been installed, worn, or altered in any way.
